Hi everyone! My name is Jasmin, but almost everyone in my life calls me Jay. I’m 18 years old, and I celebrated my birthday this May. Right now, I live in Europe, but I actually spent most of my life in Asia before deciding to move out from my parents’ home and start a new chapter on my own. I came to Europe to study. Both of my parents received a European education when they were younger, and I guess I wanted to continue that family tradition while creating my own path at the same time. Moving to a new place taught me a lot about independence, responsibility, and discovering who I really am.

I’m someone who often strives for perfection, especially when it comes to my appearance and the way I present myself. Sometimes I think I was simply made to shine, and I hope SC will help me become more confident, love myself, and grow into the brightest version of who I can be. I’m a little scared about starting a career in front of a camera, but I truly hope my viewers will be kind and supportive. With time, I hope I’ll learn to enjoy it, gain confidence, and eventually learn to love myself more. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I love meeting new people and learning about different perspectives. My biggest interests are cultural studies, music journalism, and economics. I’m naturally very curious, and I try to learn something new every single day. At the same time, I can be quite shy. Even though I spent many years dancing, I still haven’t fully overcome my fear of speaking in front of an audience. So if I seem a little nervous on my first day here, please be patient with me. ♡
